Manor Drive Primary Academy is thrilled to announce the arrival of our brand-new playground markings! Installed during the half-term break, these vibrant designs are already bringing fun, creativity, and learning to our outdoor play spaces.

The new markings are entirely child-approved! Before installation, our school council representatives presented a variety of design options to the pupils, who had the important job of voting for their favourites. From the maze to sports challenges and imaginative play designs, every child had a say in shaping their playground.

Headteacher, Mrs Marks said, “It’s wonderful to see our students so engaged in this project. Giving them the opportunity to choose the designs encourages a sense of ownership and pride in our school grounds.”

Since returning from the break, children have been enjoying the colourful new markings, using them for games, physical activities, and learning opportunities. The playground has quickly become an even more lively and inspiring space for students to explore and have fun.
