Pupils and staff at Manor Drive Primary Academy, part of the Four Cs Trust, came together for a fantastic day of fundraising in support of Comic Relief. The school was transformed into a sea of red as children arrived wearing their brightest outfits for a special non-uniform day.
From red hats and socks to full outfits covered in scarlet, the creativity and enthusiasm on display made the day truly memorable. The event not only brought lots of colour to the classrooms but also plenty of smiles, laughter, and a wonderful sense of community spirit.
Throughout the day, pupils learnt about the important work Comic Relief does to support people facing poverty and hardship both in the UK and around the world. It was a great opportunity for children to understand how small actions can make a big difference.
Thanks to the generosity of families and staff, the school raised an impressive amount of money, all of which will go towards helping those in need. More importantly, the day reminded everyone of the power of kindness, teamwork, and giving.
A huge well done to everyone at Manor Drive Primary Academy for making the day such a success and for showing that by coming together, we really can help change lives.
We are incredibly proud of our school community for supporting such a worthwhile cause and making it such an enjoyable and meaningful day for all involved.
