Years 3 to 5 Enjoy Inspiring Conductive Music Workshops

On Tuesday 15th April, pupils in Years 3, 4 and 5 were treated to an exciting musical experience as they took part in Conductive Music workshops, generously funded by Peterborough Music Hub. The sessions introduced children to the fascinating world of digital composition, blending creativity with technology in a way that truly captured their imaginations.
Throughout the workshops, pupils explored how music can be created using innovative digital tools. They experimented with sound, rhythm and structure, building their own musical compositions from scratch. The sense of pride and excitement in the room was unmistakable, the children absolutely loved the opportunity to compose, create and perform using technology that many had never encountered before.
These workshops not only enriched pupils’ musical understanding but also encouraged problem‑solving, teamwork and confidence. It was wonderful to see our young learners so engaged, curious and enthusiastic.
We are incredibly grateful to Peterborough Music Hub for funding this fantastic opportunity, and to Conductive Music for delivering such inspiring sessions. Experiences like this help our pupils discover new passions and broaden their creative horizons.
