The event marked the introduction of a new award-winning programme, designed to support children’s early literacy and development. This initiative works closely with practitioners while also empowering parents, helping everyone build the knowledge and confidence needed to support children with reading and writing. A key focus is creating positive, engaging early home and learning environments where children can thrive.

Throughout the morning, children and their parents enjoyed a range of fun, hands-on craft activities, offering opportunities to learn together in a relaxed and creative setting. Alongside the activities, families were introduced to the programme and how it can support their child’s learning journey.
